About Our Programs

Camp Arrah Wanna offers a safe, quality Christian camping program each summer and winter that is open to all school-aged children and youth.

Sponsored by the American Baptist Churches of Oregon, our summer and winter camping program serves children and youth from our American Baptist Churches as well as many other churches and outreach programs from all across Oregon and Southern Washington.  All children and youth are welcome here at Arrah Wanna!  From powerful worship experiences, to relevant and lively biblical teaching, our camping program has reaches hundreds of kids with the saving grace, love and knowledge of Jesus Christ each year.

While our great location and wide variety of recreational opportunities make us a favorite with the kids, parents and families can rest easy as well knowing that trained, screened, loving and capable staff and volunteers are supervising, leading and loving their kids while they are at Arrah Wanna.  Each of our staff (both paid and volunteer) must undergo a criminal history background check and be referred by two personal / professional references as well as by their local church Pastor.  We know that it is no small thing to entrust your child into our care for a week or a weekend and we take that trust, and the responsibility that comes with it, very seriously.
